The question of how to keep leftover wine, and how effectively it can be stored, is the source of never-ending debates among wine lovers. The bottom line, we’re sorry to say, is that wine, once opened, starts to deteriorate rather quickly on exposure to air, and it is simply not practical to keep it for very long.
Revelshine is available in three California-blend varietals — rosé, white and red.
Revelshine bottles and caps can be placed in a standard recycling bin to go into the recycling. The insert is biodegradable and does not need to be removed.
We do not have an owned designated vineyard. Instead, we import all of our natural wines from small family farmers across California. We’re proud to give these family winegrowers a stage to share their beautiful wines with our Revelshine community.
Revelshine Wines are hand-produced in Geyserville, CA, located just off Highway 101 in Northern Sonoma County.
Each 500ML bottle is 16.9 oz. of wine or a half liter. The standard pour of wine is 5 oz., which means that each bottle of Revelshine wine is at least three standard pours of wine.
Of course, as long as the recipient is 21 years and the wine shipment can be received and signed for at the recipient shipping address.
Revelshine was built to be taken into the outdoors, and Jake wanted to combine his love for adventure and winemaking into one. He found his inspiration through the places he enjoyed — rivers, mountains, beaches, and music festivals. He also realized, along with friends who are surfers, skiers, kayakers, mountain bikers, and musicians (many who became co-founders!) that there just wasn’t quality wine where these activities could be enjoyed. If you do, it’s because you had to go to extraordinary lengths to bring it (such as duct-taping bottles or pouring good wine into inflatable bladders from previously boxed wine).
No matter the bottle, the glass just didn’t work, and it certainly wasn’t sustainable — and that is how Revelshine was created.
Jake went to his friends with an idea, and they quickly recognized how well the concept fit into their lifestyle. They collaborated with Jake to develop the packaging, design, and approach — and helped bring the idea to life by incorporating it into their lifestyle. This idea later became Revelshine and Jake’s friends became co-founders.
